These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the real estate crowdlending platform operated by Infocomprensible S.A.S. By accessing and using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Definitions
'Platform': The website and applications of Infocomprensible S.A.S. 'User': Any person who accesses the platform. 'Investor': Registered user who participates in crowdlending projects. 'Project': Real estate venture available for collective investment. 'Developer': Individual or legal entity that presents projects for financing.
2. Nature of Service
Infocomprensible operates as a collective financing platform under the regulation of Argentina's National Securities Commission (CNV). We facilitate the connection between investors and real estate project developers, without acting as traditional financial intermediaries or guaranteeing investment results.
3. Registration and Verification
To participate as an investor, you must complete the registration process providing accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to verify your identity in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations (UIF) and reject registrations that do not meet our requirements.
4. Investment Risks
Investments in real estate crowdlending carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: partial or total loss of invested capital, delays in project execution, variations in projected returns, Argentine real estate market risks. Each investor must carefully evaluate their financial capacity and risk tolerance before participating.
5. User Obligations
Users agree to: provide accurate information and keep it up to date, not use the platform for illegal purposes, respect intellectual property rights, not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, report any detected irregularities.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Infocomprensible S.A.S. or its licensors, and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Infocomprensible S.A.S. does not guarantee the results of any investment nor the accuracy of information provided by developers. Our liability is limited to providing the technological platform and complying with corresponding regulatory obligations.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform and/or email. Continued use of services after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum or jurisdiction.
